Electric awning replaces old manual awning

Installed today in Great Baddow, Essex! A new remote controlled, electrically operated awning. When the current owners moved into this house, there was an existing awning in the same position as this new one. It was manually operated (hand wound), exposed to the elements (not fully cassetted) and had seen better days. It was clearly a budget install and took us just 20 minutes to have off the wall. In its place we put up this fully cassetted, aluminium cased new awning. A special bracket was required on the left side to lift the blind out over the tiled 1st floor frontage of the house so that it matched the right hand bracket position, which was mounted flush to the brick pillar.
